ERHAI FIELD TEST PROGRAM
Built on a simple idea: pressured water exposes everything
ERHAI FIELD TEST PROGRAM
Built on a simple idea: pressured water exposes everything
Designed with the 3-Tier System
A simple way to match bait behavior to fish mood - without a color wall.
What gets tested?
Pressured water punishes noise, and rewards control. Field testing focuses on behaviors that affect hookups: fall rate, posture, resistance, and hold time
Not just "looks good in hand!"
- Weed edge: clean entry, controlled fall
- Rock & riprap: contact, posture, bottom read
- Wood: hang-up resistance, slow control
- Pilings: angle changes, repeat casts, consistency.
Become an ERHAl™ Field Tester
1.What testers get?
Free test packs (limited runs)
Early access to new releases before public drop
Profile feature on ERHAI channels (optional)
Priority consideration for future support and team opportunities
2.What's expected?
Fish the baits in real conditions (not tank tests)
Submit short feedback after sessions (2–3 minutes)
Share key context: water clarity, temp range, pressure, rig
Follow ethical handling and quick release practices
3.How it works?
Apply:Tell what waters are fished and what species are targeted.
Test:Receive a kit and fish it across structure and conditions.
Report:Quick structured feedback — bites, follows, misses, and why.
PRACTICAL
Field test, QC, and limited run
What does “FIELD TESTING” mean?
It means the product is still being tuned on real water.
That includes feedback collection, consistency checks, and iteration across practical fishing conditions. It may not be available yet, and specs can still change before release.
Why does ERHAI do limited runs?
Limited runs help maintain consistency and control variables across batches.
The goal is to keep performance stable, not to chase endless variations. Smaller runs also reduce aging inventory, help keep stock fresher for customers, and make cost control more realistic at this stage.
What should I expect from ERHAI’s quality standard?
A repeatable baseline: clean moulding, consistent profile, and stable action.
The emphasis is less on hype features and more on predictability—the thing that matters most on pressured water.
Will a FIELD TESTING product be identical to the final release?
Not necessarily.
Profile, softness, salt load, colour balance, packaging details, or final pack format can still change. FIELD TESTING means the product direction is real, but the final release is only locked once performance and consistency both hold up.
How does ERHAI decide a product is ready to move beyond field testing?
By clearing three filters:
- Field response: it performs consistently enough to justify keeping it in the system
- QC stability: batch-to-batch variation stays within an acceptable range
- Production discipline: the product can be repeated cleanly without adding unnecessary complexity
If those conditions are not met, it stays in testing or gets revised.
