FIELD TEST PROGRAM TERMS

1. Overview

The ERHAI Field Test Program provides selected participants with product samples for real-world evaluation.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The program does not create employment, agency, partnership, or sponsorship status.

2. Eligibility

To participate, individuals must:

Be the age of majority in their province or territory
Reside in Canada
Provide accurate application information

Selection is at ERHAI’s sole discretion.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Nature of Samples

Products provided under the Field Test Program:

Are provided free of charge
Remain promotional samples
May not be resold or redistributed

Resale of test products will result in immediate removal from the program.

4. No Compensation

Field Test participants:

Are not employees
Are not contractors
Are not entitled to wages or compensation

Provision of product samples does not constitute payment.

5. Feedback & Content Submission

Participants may be invited to provide:

Written feedback
Photos
Video content
Performance notes

Submission of feedback does not guarantee publication.

6. Content License

By submitting content to ERHAI, participants grant ERHAI:

A non-exclusive
Royalty-free
Worldwide
Perpetual license

to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute submitted content for marketing and brand purposes.

No additional compensation is owed for such use.

Participants confirm they own or have rights to submitted content.

7. Compliance with Fishing Regulations

Participants are solely responsible for:

Compliance with local fishing laws
Licensing requirements
Ethical angling standards

ERHAI assumes no responsibility for regulatory violations.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

Fishing involves inherent risks.

Participants acknowledge responsibility for:

Safe handling of equipment
Personal safety
Proper storage of products

ERHAI is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from product use.

9. Program Termination

ERHAI reserves the right to:

Remove participants at any time
Modify or suspend the program
Decline future participation

No notice is required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ERHAI’s liability related to the Field Test Program is limited to the replacement value of provided product samples.

No liability exists for:

Indirect damages
Consequential loss
Lost fishing opportunity
Competition results

11. Privacy

Participant information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
