3. Detailed Terms
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time excludes weekends and statutory holidays.
During peak periods or product launches, processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
- Western Canada: 3–6 business days
- Atlantic provinces: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Flat Rate & Free Shipping Threshold
- Orders below 69 CAD: Flat rate 9.99 CAD
- Orders at or above 69 CAD: Free standard shipping
The free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after discounts.
Remote Area Surcharge
Certain postal codes classified by the carrier as remote or extended areas may incur an additional surcharge.
If applicable:
- The surcharge will be displayed at checkout; or
- ERHAI will contact the customer before dispatch for confirmation.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the surcharge is declined.
Address Accuracy & Re-routing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, address corrections may be possible.
If the parcel is already in transit:
- Re-routing fees imposed by the carrier may apply.
- Additional shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
ERHAI is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
A parcel is considered potentially lost if tracking shows no movement for:
- 5 business days (within Ontario)
- 7 business days (outside Ontario)
In such cases:
- ERHAI will initiate a carrier investigation.
- Resolution may include replacement or refund after carrier confirmation.
Transit delays caused by weather, carrier disruption, or peak season volume are not grounds for automatic refund.
Damaged Shipments
If the outer parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the packaging before opening.
- Retain all materials.
- Contact ERHAI within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims without photographic evidence may not be approved.
Tracking
Tracking information is automatically provided once the order is dispatched.
Responsibility transfers to the carrier upon handover. However, ERHAI will assist in communication and investigation where necessary.
